More Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Also included in this new document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.

Visible on the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and contains a legend labelling distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
